  • 200 g Okra(trimmed and sliced)
  • 1 large Onion(chopped)

  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 400 ml Coconut milk(full-fat)
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
