  • 1.5 liters Chicken or lamb broth
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Cardamom pods
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
