  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint(finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 cups Water or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
