  • 4 stalks Green onions(chopped)
  • 1 medium Bell pepper (green)(chopped)

  • 6 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Achiote powder or paste
  • 1 cup Beer (lager or pilsner)
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 for juice Lime
