  • 1 medium Bell pepper(any color, cut into 1-inch chunks)

  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger(grated)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Salt(to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes(optional, for heat)
  • 10 approx. Wooden skewers(soaked in water for 30 minutes)
