  • 2 pieces Dried lemon
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Salt(or to taste)
  • Dried Gursan bread(or thin Arabic flatbread, torn into pieces)
  • Fried onions(for garnish)
  • Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
