  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 150 g Dried prunes(pitted)
  • 500 ml Water or beef broth
  • to taste Salt
