  • 500 g Root vegetables (carrots, parsnips, celery root)(peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 2 medium Onions(chopped)
  • 50 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 5 Allspice berries
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
