  • 1 stalk Celery stalk(chopped (leaves can also be used for extra flavor))
  • 1 medium Carrot(peeled and chopped)
  • 1 large Potato(peeled and chopped (optional))
  • 8 cups Vegetable broth
  • to taste Salt
