  • 300 g Cassava(peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 0.5 small Cabbage(cut into wedges)
  • 1 medium Eggplant(cut into chunks)
  • 2 medium Sweet potato(peeled and cut into chunks)
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 liter Water(or as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper(or to taste)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 400 g Broken rice
  • 1 bunch Parsley(for garnish, chopped)
