  • 1.5 L Water(or more)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley(chopped, for garnish (optional))
  • 1 large Egg(for dumplings)
  • 2.5 tbsp Flour(for dumplings)
  • 1 tbsp Oil(for dumplings)
