  • 3 Cardamom pods
  • 1 small Cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder(or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 4-6 cups Water(as needed)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
