  • 2 medium Tomatoes(diced)
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 100 g Peas(frozen or fresh)
  • 1 medium Carrots(diced)
  • 1/2 red Bell pepper(diced)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
