Pepesup de Pescado, commonly known as pepper soup, is a beloved and spicy fish soup from Equatorial Guinea. It's a flavorful and warming dish, often enjoyed in the morning or evening, and can be customized with various types of fish and local spices.

- 1 lb Firm white fish fillets(such as red snapper, tilapia, or cod, cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 6 cups Water
- 3 medium Yellow onions(peeled and sliced)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 1 medium Red bell pepper(deseeded and chopped)
- 1/2 small Habanero chili(deseeded and pounded to a paste (adjust to spice preference))
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Ground Guinea pepper (grains of paradise)(optional)
- 1/4 tsp Dried basil
- pinch Dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice(freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp Vegetable oil(for finishing)

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
