  • 200 g Pork belly(cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 150 g Chorizo sausage(sliced)
  • 200 g Beef stew meat(cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 Large yellow onion(chopped)
  • 4 Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 2 Carrots(sliced)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1.5 liters Chicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Black pepper(to taste)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
