  • 1.5 kg Chicken pieces(bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 medium Breadfruit(peeled, cored, and cut into chunks)
  • 800 ml Coconut milk(full fat)
  • 500 g Callaloo leaves(chopped)
  • 1 large Onion(chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper(pierced with a fork)
  • 2 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
