  • 300 g Mixed mushrooms(fresh or rehydrated dried, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour(for gravy)
  • 400 ml Beef or vegetable broth
  • 50 ml Heavy cream(optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
