Carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.

Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
💡 Pro Tips
- ✓Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated sweet potato before mixing the batter for crispier fritters.
- ✓Do not make the batter too thin, or the fritters will absorb too much oil.
- ✓Fry at the correct temperature to ensure they cook through without burning.
🔄 Variations
- Add a pinch of ground ginger for an extra warm spice note.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
