  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Belgian Dubbel beer(such as Chimay Red or Westmalle Dubbel)
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Gruyère cheese(shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese(shredded)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
