  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Curry powder

    Melt 50g of the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the trimmed beef liver to the pan. Cook for about 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on the outside but still slightly pink in the center. Avoid overcooking.

    If using, add the brandy or sherry and let it simmer for a minute, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

    Remove the pan from the heat. Transfer the liver mixture to a food processor. Add the remaining 50g of butter, salt, and pepper.
