- 1 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 g Walnuts(finely ground)
- 8 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 0.5 cup Cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
- 1 tsp Utskho suneli (blue fenugreek)(optional)
