🧂 Ingredients

  • 600 g Beef or lamb
  • 4 cups Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, chives)
  • 1/2 cup Fenugreek
  • 200 g Kidney beans
  • 4 Dried lime
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Sauté onion. Brown meat with turmeric.

    Finely chop and fry herbs until darkened.

    ⏱️ 20 minutes

    Add herbs, beans, pierced dried limes to meat. Add water.

    ⏱️ 10 minutes

    Simmer 2 hours until meat is tender. Serve with tahdig rice.
