- 200 g Kidney beans
- 4 Dried lime
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Onion

Sauté onion. Brown meat with turmeric.

Add herbs, beans, pierced dried limes to meat. Add water.

Simmer 2 hours until meat is tender. Serve with tahdig rice.
