Israeli Date and Nut Rolls (Magen David)

- 2 cups Medjool dates(pitted and packed)
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Shredded coconut(unsweetened, plus more for rolling)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom(optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Orange zest(optional)

In a food processor, combine walnuts and almonds. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
