Israeli Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Beef

- 6 large Bell peppers(any color, tops cut off and seeds removed)
- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 cup Uncooked white rice(rinsed)
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 800 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 0.5 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 0.25 cup Fresh dill(chopped)
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rinsed rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, tomato paste, chopped parsley, chopped dill, allspice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Carefully stuff the prepared bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture. Do not pack too tightly, as the rice will expand.

In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the stuffed peppers, standing them upright if possible.
