  • 300 g Kadaif (shredded phyllo)
  • 250 g Unsalted cheese (künefe cheese)
  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 ml Sugar syrup
  • 50 g Pistachios

    Mix kadaif with melted butter.

    Layer: kadaif, cheese, kadaif in special pan.

    Cook on stovetop until golden both sides.
