  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 Hot pepper(chopped (remove seeds for less heat))
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 2 cups Fresh okra(sliced)
  • 1 Tomato(diced)
  • Salt(to taste)

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped hot pepper. Sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
