- 1 cup Chiura (beaten rice)
- 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- 1 tbsp Peanut oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Dried red chilies
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
- 1/2 cup Boiled black soybeans (Bhatmas)
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
- 1 tsp Chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

For the spiced beaten rice (Baji): Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add turmeric powder and salt. Add chiura and toss gently until lightly coated and warmed through. Set aside.

For the spiced soybeans (Bhatmas Sadeko): Heat peanut oil in a separate pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.

Add boiled black soybeans, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the soybeans are well coated and heated through.

Remove from heat. Stir in chopped green chilies, roasted peanuts, lemon juice, and chopped fresh coriander. Mix well.

To assemble the Khaja Set: Arrange the spiced beaten rice on a plate. Serve the spiced soybeans alongside. Garnish with extra coriander and peanuts if desired.
