- 500 g Rhubarb(fresh, chopped into 1-inch pieces)
- 150 g Strawberries(fresh, hulled and halved or quartered (optional))
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup(or brown sugar, adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Orange juice(freshly squeezed)
- 2 dl Oat flakes(rolled oats)
- 1 dl Coconut flakes
- 1 dl Almond flakes(or chopped pecans)
- 2 tbs Brown sugar(for topping)

- 0.5 ts Cardamom
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
