Solomon Islands Breadfruit and Pork Stew

- 1 kg Pork shoulder(cut into 2-inch cubes)
- 2 medium Breadfruit(peeled, cored, and cut into 1.5-inch chunks)
- 400 ml Coconut milk(full fat)
- 1 large Onion(chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tablespoon Ginger(freshly grated)
- 2 teaspoons Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 250 ml Water
