🧂 Ingredients

  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 2 slices Bread(soaked)
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 800 g Tomatoes(crushed)
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Red wine
  • for serving Rice or orzo

👨‍🍳 Instructions

    Mix beef with bread, egg, cumin, half the garlic. Form oval shapes.

    Brown meatballs. Set aside.

    ⏱️ 15 minutes

    Make sauce: sauté remaining garlic, add tomatoes, wine, sugar.

    ⏱️ 10 minutes

    Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
