- 2 slices Bread(soaked)

- 4 cloves Garlic
- 800 g Tomatoes(crushed)
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Red wine
- for serving Rice or orzo

Mix beef with bread, egg, cumin, half the garlic. Form oval shapes.

Brown meatballs. Set aside.

Make sauce: sauté remaining garlic, add tomatoes, wine, sugar.
⏱️ 10 minutes - 4
Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
