- 60 g Fine bulgur
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Green onions
- 100 ml Lemon juice
- 80 ml Olive oil

Soak bulgur briefly. Squeeze dry.

Chop parsley very fine - lots of it.
β±οΈ 15 minutes - 3
Mix with diced tomatoes and onions.

Dress with lemon and oil. Eat with romaine.
