- 400 g Yogurt
- 600 g Chicken
- 1 tsp Saffron
- 3 Egg yolks
- 80 g Butter

Parboil rice. Mix portion with yogurt, saffron, yolks.

Cook chicken. Shred.

Layer: yogurt rice, chicken, plain rice in buttered pan.

Bake until bottom is golden and crispy.
