Tokaji Boros Pite (Tokaji Wine Cake)

- 150 ml Tokaji Aszú wine(a 3 or 5 puttonyos is ideal)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 100 g Dried cranberries or raisins(optional)
- 50 g Chopped walnuts or almonds(optional)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 23cm (9-inch) round cake pan or a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
