- 1 medium Eggplants(cubed)
- 2 medium Zucchini(cubed)
- 4 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 cup Vegetable broth
- 2 medium Potatoes(cubed)

- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
