  • 200 g Cooked potatoes(mashed or pureed)
  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 100 g Butter(softened)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3-4 medium Fresh peaches(peeled, pitted, and sliced)
  • for dusting Powdered sugar

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 23cm (9-inch) round cake pan.

    In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
