  • 1 Potato(Medium, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 4 Scallions(Green parts thinly sliced on a bias for garnish, white parts roughly chopped for broth)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(Minced, optional for broth)
  • to taste Soy sauce(For seasoning broth)
  • to taste Salt(For seasoning broth)
