  • 0.5 tsp Shiitake mushrooms(Fresh, stems removed and thinly sliced (approx. 3.5 oz))
  • 2 tbsp Spinach(Fresh (approx. 5.3 oz))
  • 1 large Red bell pepper(Julienned)
  • 1 tbsp Green onions(Cut into 1-inch pieces)
