  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce(For marinating beef and seasoning.)
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil(Plus extra for drizzling.)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar(Or honey/maple syrup.)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(Freshly ground.)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil(For stir-frying.)
  • 1 large Egg(Optional, for garnish. Beaten.)
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds(For garnish.)
