  • 2-3 pieces Green chilies(slit lengthwise)
  • 10-15 leaves Curry leaves
  • 1 inch piece Cinnamon stick
  • 3 pods Cardamom pods(bruised)
  • 3 pieces Cloves
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder(adjust to taste)
