  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano(dried)
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 500 g Potatoes(peeled and cubed)
  • 2 medium Carrots(peeled and sliced)
  • 8-10 cups Water or beef broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
