  • 500 ml Chicken or lamb broth
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 0.5 teaspoon Saffron threads(soaked in 2 tbsp warm water)
  • 1 teaspoon Rosewater
