  • 1 large Red bell pepper(chopped)
  • 1 large Green bell pepper(chopped)
  • 6 cups Water or broth
  • 1 optional Bouillon cube
  • 1.5 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper(or to taste)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Thyme(dried)
