  • 2 large Carrots(peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper(or to taste)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
