  • 10 chopped Fresh sage leaves

  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Ground nutmeg

  • 200 ml Dry cider
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Butter
