  • 2 medium Carrots(peeled and diced)
  • 3 medium Potatoes(peeled and cubed)

  • 2 Celery stalks(chopped)
  • 3 Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 1.5 l Beef broth
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill(chopped, for garnish)
