  • 750 ml Beef or lamb stock
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
