  • 2 Onion(1 large for blending, 1 medium for frying, chopped)
  • 3 cups Chicken or vegetable stock(Warm)
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 3 Bay leaves(Whole)
  • 120 ml Vegetable oil(Or other neutral cooking oil)
