- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)
- 2 tablespoons Peanut butter(creamy, unsalted)
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Allspice
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 pack Wooden skewers(soaked in water for 30 minutes)
