  • 1 inch piece Ginger(peeled and grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Shrimp powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(ground)
  • 3 large Sweet plantains(ripe, for frying)
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil(for frying plantains)
