  • 1/2 cup Yogurt(plain, whisked)
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder(adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 4-6 tbsp Oil or Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander(chopped, for garnish)
  • for serving Lemon wedges
