  • 1 stalk Lemongrass(bruised)
  • 3-4 stalks Okra(trimmed)
  • 1-2 Tomatoes(cut into wedges)
  • a few sprigs Vietnamese mint leaves (Daun Kesum) or Curry leaves
  • 3-4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • to taste Salt
